41 Birmingham is another extraordinary collaboration between
Rubicon Property and SJB, with landscaping by Taylor Brammer.

Rubicon Property

Rubicon Property is a fresh and visionary developer with a history of designing and building high quality apartment buildings. Every Rubicon Property development is special, creations defined by attention to detail, creativity, quality and design excellence. They believe in spending more to achieve more, and in creating distinctive properties that exceed discerning purchasers' expectations of style, liveability and workmanship.

They also work only with collaborators who share their passion and vision for extraordinary developments, and who are similarly inspired by highly original design. Their previous collaboration with SJB resulted in SÖHO Alexandria.

SJB Architecture and Interiors is a highly awarded Australian design practice focused on the pursuit of excellence in living environments. They won two Architecture Awards in 2012, including a NSW Australian Institute of Architects' Multiple Housing Award for SÖHO Alexandria, the most recent accolades in a long list of industry awards. Their homes display a casual simplicity, capturing character of place and embodying a flexibility that encourages the owners' personal expression. SJB is renowned for attention to detail and insist that joy and delight are as important as water tightness and structural integrity. Like their collaborators Rubicon Property, SJB believes that contributing buildings to the fabric of a city is a responsibility, and that 'unique' and 'special' should be words that capture the thoughts of those who pass by their creations.
